In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase we operate a free 14 day money back guarantee on our products. What this means is if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase – unused and in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement – whichever you prefer.

Returns are accepted within 14 days if your product is unwanted as long as you return the item unused and in its original packaging, however you will need to pay your own return postage costs and be responsible for the item if it is damaged in transit. 

However, we do NOT accept returns for Bespoke products.

Repairs

At Unique Catering we pride ourselves on the high standard or servicing and customer support we can provide. The standard warranty offered on our products is one year (parts and labour back to base). All our engineers are highly trained and have specialised knowledge of all our products.

Terms of Sale

The following terms of sale apply:

1. Please check your item before accepting delivery.

When your item is delivered, please check your item before accepting it. If it is damaged please refuse the item and call us on 01274 306040. We may not be able to replace or refund your item if you sign for it as ‘goods un-damaged’ and not as ‘goods damaged’ when you refuse it.

2. We accept returns within 14 days (only items that are unused, un-damaged and in their original packaging, we do not accept returns for bespoke products).

3. We offer a 12 month back to base warranty (manufacturing defects only).

Our back to base warranty lasts for 12 months but only covers manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to either send out a replacement part or have your item returned for repair, replacement or refund at our own discretion. If an item does have to be returned under our back to base warranty you will be responsible for the cost of delivery to and from our west Yorkshire depot.

4. We’re sorry but delivery costs are non-refundable.

We can only issue refunds for the cost of the item; we do not refund delivery costs.

Searching and browsing for products.

Search

A simple Search box can be found at the top right of every page on the website. You can use this to search for keywords (such as ‘oven’ or ‘Grill’).

Browse
Browse through the categories from the left hand menu.

You can also browse items through the menu at the top of the page.
Adding and removing items from your basket.

Adding to the Basket

To add an item to your basket, enter the quantity required into the column marked ‘Qty’ and click ‘Add to Basket’.

In addition to clicking the ‘Add To Basket’ button, you can also press the enter button on your keyboard.

Changing Quantities or Deleting from the Basket

If you wish to change the number of items or remove items completely from your basket you will need to go to the ‘Cart’ screen by clicking the ‘My Cart’ at the top of the page.

Once in the ‘Basket’ screen you can overtype the number required in the ‘Qty’ column and save your changes by clicking the ‘Update’ button located next to the number field, or if you are amending more than one item, by clicking the ‘Update all Quantities’ button at the top of the ‘Qty’ column. You can also press the enter key on your keyboard.

If you wish to delete an item completely then click the ‘Delete’ button located at the end of the row.

Fast Order

You can check-out through Paypal immediately with our Paypal Express button.
Alternatively you can call us to place your order direct over the phone.

Saving delivery addresses.

When you initially register you are asked for your invoicing address, but you can store, edit and delete multiple delivery addresses for later selection when you go through the checkout procedure.

To use this facility you must be logged into your account. It is accessed from the ‘My Account > Address Book’ screen.

We accept all forms of payment through Paypal.

You can also order over the phone with a credit or debit card.

Shipping Policies

We take great care to pack your item carefully so it reaches you in mint condition. We use the best couriers in the business to ensure your product reaches you in not only a timely fashion but in perfect condition. Please be sure to give us a call if you have any questions regarding shipping.

Why Should You Buy With Us?

• We ship from our warehouse Monday to Friday, and delivery from ship date normally takes 1-2 days.
• We offer cheap shipping to most UK locations.
• We use leading business carriers to ship (but we request that you carefully check your package before accepting delivery).
• If your package is damaged in any way, please refuse the item and contact us on 01274 306040.

We will ship to the whole of the UK, Ireland and most of Europe. If you live outside of the UK, or are unsure if you have a standard UK address, please contact us for a quote.

If you prefer, you can collect your item from our depot in West Yorkshire. Please contact us to arrange this.
